At Beau Bottles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at your convenience with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

DIY DISCLAIMER
Please note that Beau Bottles wraps are designed for DIY application. To ensure the best results, we highly recommend following our installation video and instructions carefully. A heat gun (best) or a properly hot hairdryer is required to fully shrink the wrap — not every hairdryer gets hot enough. While we provide detailed instructions and helpful tips, please be aware that results may vary depending on the technique used.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of the application, as this is a DIY process. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that successful installation is your responsibility.
